The apartment was recently renovated by the  architect Lex Aarts and converted into a luxurious and trendy two-room apartment (70m2). The entrance to the underground station is almost at the front door as well as tram (4) and bus (49) connections. If you like shopping you will find the nearby Nieuwe Binnenweg and the trendy Witte de Withstraat much to your liking. To The Euromast, and The cityparc is only a short distance from the Dependance.
